Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were top-notch with a great view and a handy personalized tablet for all my needs. The service was exceptional, offering assistance whenever I needed. The central location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. The dining experience was superb, especially being comped on the 39th floor. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay truly enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but the layout made it challenging to enjoy the TV comfortably. The service was warm and inviting despite some staff members still learning the ropes. The location was convenient for business travelers but had a few drawbacks. The dining experience, while expensive, had its highlights. Overall, the facilities were decent with both good and bad aspects to consider.
Staying on the 40th floor of the JW Marriott Marquis building was an amazing experience. Despite the bowling alley being closed, there were great alternative entertainment options like table tennis, pool, air hockey, and a golf room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a cozy stay despite the bowling alley closure.
